This weekend we took some fun new pix! I don't know if these are going to be used for Christmas Photos or not, but I can always use some new pix!

I just got my cd and I love it! I just love that she's my age! That gives me hope to one day do what she's doing with my sister!

BRANSON TRIP

This has got to be one of my favorite vacations I've ever been on....it was probably the company! We stayed at the Radisson Hotel & Suites and we were right on the strip where everything is happening! We didn't have alot to spend so we just went to Ripley's Believe it or Not and went to Keith Moore's church! It was awesome! Cale had seen our Pastor on TV at Keith Moore's church and he was like on the 2nd row. Cale had told me he wanted to sit where Pastor did. I told him, I'd rather not so he didn't say anything else. So we get there about 15 mins before church started and they are the friendliest people I've ever met! There's like usher every few steps greeting you! We get to the door and an usher asks us if we've ever been there before and we say no so he escorts me and Cale down, down, down the row and ends up on the first row, I am just standing there in shock, thinking to myself...I didn't even dress up, this ministry is on TV, I can't even go to the bathroom if I need to....not only the first row, but front and center! Cale is smiling from ear to ear and I just grin at him and say..."is this close enough for you?" It was an excellent service and just goes to show that God does have a sense of humor! ;-) I will defiantly be going back there! We also got to stay with the Joneses and they keep our lil Sophie! She had so much fun with Kinley! They played non stop! Thanks for letting us stay and feeding us that yummy lunch! Love ya'll!

Youth Trip 2009
Here are some pix from our trip! We had so much fun. 1st went to an aquarium and then to incredible pizza! We had some bonding & restoring and it was just a great time in the Lord! Praise God he can use us with these wonderful young people! We will miss you Jacoby & Katie! I guess you had to grow up some time tho huh?! We had a great time with you in our class!

We also had our youth room remodeled. Isn't it nice?! The ceiling tiles were taken out and the ceiling was painted black, then we of course had it painted. We have new chairs and a sound booth which is really nice! We really like it and it was just one of the changes we made. We, as leaders, have decided to step it up in the Lord and we have had some great results! Praise God!

Sophie's 1st Hair do!

I took her yesterday to get her 1st haircut. The lady gave her a bath, trimmed around her eyes, ears, feet, filed her nails, and just trimmed under her belly for only $16! She even put a bow in her hair! It's day 2 and it's still in...all though she has tried to get it out...we'll see how long it lasts! I am going to try and keep one in though so she gets used to it and b/c it's cute and it keeps the hair out of her eyes!

She is standing on the back of our chair. It's perfect height for us to pet her when we stand behind it and that's the only way (for now) for me to brush her hair without her trying to eat the brush! I just have to remember she's only 6 months old! Now's the time to get her fix and maybe that will calm her down a bit?! Cale wants to breed her, but I don't think we will! She's to little I think! Well we are going to the city today so I better get of here so I can get ready!

We have picked Tues for our 'family night'. This last Tues we went and played putt putt! We had lots of fun! Cale was merciful to me and Jax b/c we weren't very good at it! LOL!

Well, I have a few things to praise the Lord about! For one, I am so excited to be a Christan! God is sooooooooooo good to us!
For starters I got to teach our youth one Sunday morning about intercessory prayer and share what God laid on my heart. I explained to them that when someone comes to mind that we should pray for them. Then I told them a story that happened a few yrs ago...
One morning I heard a name of one of my old bf's. I thought it was weird, but I prayed a short prayer and then felt the urge to call my mom and have her pray too. So I did. Two weeks later my mom runs in to his mom (they don't live in the same town as us so that was God too) and they talk for a min and then his mom says, 'Did you hear what happened to Timothy'...and goes on to say that two weeks ago he was on some land doing a controlled fire when his fourwheeler flipped and he got pinned underneath. He was by himself and the fire was coming his way! He was yelling for help and all of a sudden someone gets him out! My mom immediately called me and told me the story! I was so grateful God used me to pray that very moment! I also shared with them that a few days ago a girl I went to school with came to my mind. I haven't seen or heard from her since 4th grade! I told them that I prayed and was expecting to hear something about her soon! When I said that I thought...huh? I didn't know I was expecting to hear anything, but hey I will now! Well, two days later a girl walks in to my work. She has the same last name, and the same eyes my friend does...I think, okay do I ask if she's related or not?...Guess what?! It's her sister! I got her email, and myspace info! I emailed her the other day and can't wait to hear back from her! WOW! I teach on Sunday and I get to tell them all about it!
Then, about three weeks ago our internet modem broke! We had to wait til we got paid to get it fixed, b/c with insurance it was going to be $50...well pay day comes and we decided not to and pay something else. So here we are with no net and we can't break the contract or it'd be $200! So, today Cale goes to the phone place to ask a few questions and the lady I talked to asked Cale if we'd done anything about our net. He said no and she said, well there has been a lot of people call in about this modem so the company recalled it and if you bring your modem in then we will replace it FREE!!!! OMG! I was soooooooooooo excited about that! So now we have internet and guess what...it's an upgrade too so it's even better....and FREE!!! Did I mention FREE! :-) Praise GOD! Well, I'm going to go spend some much needed time with my hunnie! Bye for now!

P.S. You would just have to hear how Kate McVeigh says. Praise The Lord! She has a story about it and everytime I hear 'PTL' I hear her say it! LOL!

"My First Veins"

Last night Jax was in the shower and he said, 'Mom you missed my first veins.' I said, "What do you mean?" He said, "you know my first veins, in my arm (as he makes a muscle in his bicep) b/c I am working out!" I said, "Honey, you have always had veins"...he said, "No, mom these are my first veins!" How could you argue with that?! I just let it go and said, "okay honey!"
Then today we were watching Full House and he looks at my feet and says "Mom you are working out b/c you have veins in your feet!" The only thing I can think is that he's seen body builders with big muscles and veins popping out and now he thinks that means you have worked out! LOL! He's so silly!

Sophie

This is my cute lil Sophie!  My sweet hunnie got her for me for our 4 yr anniversary!  Isn't she cute?!  We took her to the vet today and he said she was healthy and gave us some guidelines on how to take care of her...like potty training, disipline, food...ect!  She weighed 2 lbs 4 oz today!  We think she'll be about 4 - 5 lbs.  Her parents weren't very big so she wont be either!  She's been really good!  She learning to potty on her potty pad and of course she has some mistakes, but what can I expect really...I've only had her a week!  Well I gotta get to bed!  It's WAY past my bedtime and Cale is already in bed!

Cale & I played chess the other day and he did a good job teaching me. He was patient and even silly with me. I like to joke around and be funny and he didn't even get aggrivated at me! He's doing alot better at being sensitive and sweet! So now I can say I've played chess. I'm no pro, but can play! Oh, ya and neither one of us won...it's called stalemate when neither one of you win! Yeah! The 1st time playing and I didn't lose!

Its 12:50 a.m. and I decided that was worth blogging about!
My dog, Abbie, (a German Shepard) is little over a year old and she is very playful! Tonight, we left for church about 6:30 p.m. this evening and after church we visited till about 11pm. We drive up and are walking to our house when we notice Abbie didn't greet us at the car like she usually does...in fact she is no where to be found! So we,Cale, Jax, and I, all call her name & whistle and still she's not coming. Just about that time Cale says 'she's in the house!' We were gone about 5 hrs with her locked in the house!!!! My heart sank as I walked in the door....all the while thinking the worse!! Surprisingly she only did minor damage...considering how long she was in the house she did very well! Really God watch out for Cale, me, and Abbie!!! LOL! I didn't have to hurt anyone!! She didn't tear up anything valuable. Part of Cale shoe and mostly trash from the trash can was all that she'd gotten in to!
This is what must have happened...when Cale went to get in the car for church he left the door wide open. I am usually a ways behind him and so she must have came in and was very quiet b/c I didn't notice a huge dog in my living room! She must have laid down in her usual spot and I didn't even see her. Which is amazing b/c it’s in plain sight!!! Thank God he watches out for Cale....he could have been in BIG trouble!!!! LOL! Needless to say Cale got to pick up the mess while I was in the shower since he was the one that caused the whole thing! All Jax could say when he came in the house is..."mom is going to be real mad!" LOL! He's so silly! Here is my Abbie…

SPRING BREAK

Well, it's my second day off and it was a pretty good day! I got up and watched my ol time favorite "Saved By The Bell"...we have a DVR and I recorded them. Yah, maybe it's a lil 'childish' but oh well! It's fun to watch them again! Then a movie came on that I'd never seen before, 'Fried Green Tomatoes'. I watched as I cleaned house and it was a good movie! I can't believe I'd never seen it! Then I cooked pizza and it was ready for Cale when he got off! Yum, it was good! He was very impressed that I'd done all this...he thinks on my days off I will just sit around and do nothing...I showed him! LOL!
Cale is about to teach me to play chess so I'm gonna go! I'll let you know tomorrow what the verdict was! If he was patient or not....we'll see!

"Just Because"

On Thurs I mentioned to Cale, just in conversation really, that I needed to look at getting a new purse because my handles on my purse had started to tear away from the purse....because I have too much stuff in my it! On Friday Cale went to town to do some stuff and when he came home he had this for me! Isn't it really cute? He did a great job picking it out! I love it! He's doing sweet things like when we were dating & I like it! Keep up the GREAT work honey! He's a great guy and I'm so blessed to have him as my husband!

My sis & I decided we wanted a body wave. So we made an appt and told her that we just wanted some curl, but not like 'curly sue'! She did a good job and I'm not sure any other way to do it anyways...but here's what it looks like. Now, I haven't washed it b/c she said we have to wait til tomorrow night, so hopefully it will 'tame' down an lil! I think it's pretty, but I have to clip it back b/c I look funny! I told Cale this morning it looked like a poodle died on my head! I have so much hair it's just really full!

His bday was last week, but we had his party today! There was about 16 that showed out of 36 I invited, but we still had fun! Hopefully one year Cale's brother and fam can come...that will prolly be when it's a 'surprise' party....shhhh...:-)

Christmas Party!!!

Jaxon had a fun time at his Chrismtas Party today! It started at 10:30 and ended at 12:00. I wasn't to sure about going b/c I hadn't planned on it. But I'm glad I did. He had so much fun decorating cookies, making a reindeer, and Christmas Cards. Then we got to eat yummy Pizza. The kids were pretty good...I guess it was party day so what would I expect! I'm so used to Jaxon listening that I forget that he's a very good boy. He was so happy that I got to come. I also went to Nicole's class and took a few pix! It was just a fun time!

Today is my bday! I'm 25! Wow...how the years have gone! My mom rented a local room to have a 'dance' at and we had cake, presents, and fun! Cale even danced with me! What a sweetheart! We even took a silly picture! Thanks Dave & Lou for the idea!

Teaching the Youth...

Cale, myself, and another young couple have been teaching back in the youth for almost a year now. About 2 weeks ago one of the other leaders taught about relationships. God put it on my heart to continue on that topic. I had shared my testimony months ago to just the girls, but I knew it was time to share with the whole group. I taught on Sunday & Wed and it went really well. We have a great bunch of youth & I'm really starting to feel more comfortable standing in front of them teaching! I have to remember that I'm there for Jesus and it's not about me, but what God has done in me and brought me through! These aren't the scriptures that I taught on, but we played a game with the youth & these are the ones that came up...

1. Ephesians 2:10 - We are the workmanship of God
2. Joshuah 1:8 - Keep Gods Word before you
3. Psalm 5:12 - All things are possible

Julie's Bday Party!
My aunt turned 40 yrs young & we decided to have her a surprise party! We rented the local ballroom & started the planning! She's the decorator & so it was a little difficult to not slip & tell her all the fun we were having getting it together. We actually thought of the party a year earlier, but didn't start planning until about 6 months before. We were also planning a wedding so we could be snicky & ask her things like her fav color, decorating tips, etc. So the day before, which happened to be the 4th of July we decorated the ballroom in red & black! It was so pretty & we couldn't wait til she saw it! It was so hard not to tell her that night! The plan was for her friend to ask her to go out an hour away for dinner for her bday! Well the plan fell through b/c Jules said no, she didn't want to go! GRRR....she wasn't playing well with others! So her sister, the one that was planning it, said she was just going to have to make an emergency call & tell her she needed a bow made for a wedding cake she was doing! She call her last min & Jules was like,'You owe me, b/c I'm about to head out of town, but I'll come help you!' Her sis had told her she had to do a cake for a 'wedding' (my aunt does cakes & is really good at it if I do say so myself) & the bride & groom forgot to get a topper for the cake so Julie was going to have to do a last min bow! No one in the fam can do a good bow so we were hoping she would take the bait! She did & when she walked up the stairs she was so surprised! Her sis had went to the local stores & picked out a few outfits for her to put on! It was so much fun! Julie is always doing stuff for the family & that day it was her time in the spotlight!

My sis and her fiance' finally tied the knot! They have been dating as long as Cale and I have been together. She met Dave a week before I met Cale! I'm so glad that she's happy and that I have another brother! They are a blessing to Cale & I! I'm so excited because we all can go on trips and stay for a while! Hopefully we can talk them into going skiing next year with us! I went with my youth group and had so much fun! Well, here's some pix of the wedding shower and the wedding!

Well, I know I'm a couple of months late on getting these pix on here, but better late then never RIGHT?! Happy 4th!

~Time with the Family~

We all decided after the last week we had to go spend the weekend with my brother!!

Last Thursday (April 3rd) we had a scare. My mom called me at work & said, "Lindsay, be praying, because your brother just got attacked by a dog!" It was after 5pm & we were just finishing up, so I told the girls & they said to leave! My work is a block from the hospital & Cale & Jax had come to get me for dinner, but when I told Cale what had happened we went straight to the ER.

This is the story: My brother has a friend that moved away & then came back to live here with his grandma until his parents got to move here in the summer. Luke, my lil bro, had went over to play with him after school. They have a pit bull & Luke said it was tied up. The grandma's deaf daughter came over throwing a fit & screaming & about that time, my brother was coming outside to return a soccer ball to the neighbors. When he opened the door the pit bull jumped on him & knocked him down on the ground. Luke said all he remembers is that the grandpa had to pull the dog off him & when he opened his eyes the dog was growling at him & Luke thought he'd busted his lip. He got up & they realized what had happened! The grandma called my mom & said,'Tammy, there has been an accident, I'm sorry, the dog attacked, I'll meet you at the ER.

When they got there my brother was crying (OF COURSE!). We looked at him & the dog had bit the middle of his bottom lip off! I was trying to calm my brother down, while my mom is telling the grandma that the dog is going to be put down! The grandma said, 'No it wasn't the dog, Luke tripped over the dog cord & bit his lip, but that's not what she said on the phone! You can just imagine how upset we were then! I told my mom to calm down & just focus on Luke right now...the dog we will deal with later! They took him back & the doctor said it was defiantly a dog bite! The police were called & to make a longer story short they pretty much said that they didn't have to put the dog down, but instead had to lock the dog up at the vet for a week! The police did however put it in the police report that it was a dog bite! When the policeman told the grandma she said,"Can we get a second opinion?" Can you believe it...the nerve...a second opinion??!!! She wasn't even concerned about my 9yr old brother with no lip! Instead she wanted a second opinion for her dog!!!! Not a human, a dog! GRRRR!!!! She had told Luke on the way over to not tell the ER that it was pit bull!!!! To late, my mom already did!!! Meanwhile, the doctor said they really couldn't do anything for him other than give him some morphine for the pain & send him to Children's Hospital in OKC to do reconstructive surgery! My brother, needless to say, was terrified! He was shaking all over! So I told him I would pray for him. I prayed for peace, prayed in the spirit, & told him to receive it....he then stopped shaking & was more calm then. Praise God!

About 2 1/2 hours later the husband (of the grandma) came in the ER & said, 'I found his lip!' He was actually really nice. He was very apologetic, & said he prayed & asked God where the lip was & look down & there it was! About 30 mins later Luke came out & a friend from church, mom, Luke, my grandma & grandpa, & Luke's grandma were heading to the city. I told my mom she should be thanking God, because that dog could of killed Luke. He had a bruise & swelling on his cheek, a scratch below his lip, & then where the dog had bit his lip off. It was bad, but could of been so much worse!

The OKC doctor was very thankful that they had found the lip! He said that if the lip wasn't found the would of had to try to pull the skin up from below & work with that! We are so thankful to God, the angels, & our church fam for praying & all the support they have showed for this last week! Luke went to OKC for a checkup & they said it looked better than they expected! We prayed, & we believe he is going to have complete restoration to his lip & we will have justice concerning the dog!

On my way to my mom's I was listening to my Point of Grace cd & there is a song called, "He is Good" I just cried & thanked God again for taking care of my brother! I know that we have protecting from above & I can't express how thankful I am for that! Well, I better get off here. It's getting late & I think Cale & I are going to watch movie! Love you all!

Motorcycle

Cale was blessed with a motorcylce! I think we are going to sell though b/c we have some things we need to take care of before we get another vehicle! So for now he's just having some fun before we sell it. I think my mom might buy it, so he will still get to ride it some!

These pix are from today when he was driving it around. Jaxon, of course, wanted to ride with him! I told him to HANG ON! He just wanted to sit there! When Cale took me around the yard, I kept saying,'Slow down!' and when Jax gets on there he just wants to sit & not hang on! Imagine that....NO FEAR...which is good is most cases! Well, I better make sure dinner isn't burning!

EASTER 2008

We had so much fun this Easter! The guys hide over 200 eggs & those 'lil kids found almost all of them! I'm so glad that we have family to do things with. God Bless!

CADO & ABBIE

Here are our new addition to the family. Cado & Abbie. Abbie is dark black all over with a lil tan on her & Cado is light black with more tan on him. I had been beggin Cale to let me had a puppie. He wasn't to fond of the idea, & then I said..."Do it for Jax" & the good 'ol "Didn't you like having a puppie when you were little?" He said, "My parents took care of the puppie when I was a kid, now I am the parent! So I had almost givin up when one of our patients came in & said that her dog had just had 10 german shepard puppies!! The last time her dog had puppies I begged Cale & he said NO! I told her I would ask & give her a call. I called Cale & he said he'd think about it. So when I got home & asked again & he finally gave in. He said he wanted a boy pup. I said that's not a compromise, b/c I wanted a girl & was the one that wanted a pup anyways. Then I suggested 2 pups. He wasn't sold yet, but I told him we could go look at them & then decide if we even liked them or not. So I called & set up a 'visit' time & when we got there all 10 pups were roaming around whining! Cado was the 1st puppie that Cale pick up & said, "I found mine." I couldn't decide, but new I wanted a girl so I asked the lady & she had to find one. Out of the 10 pups there were 7 boys & 3 girls! She handed me Abbie & I looked at Cale & said, 'PLEASE?' He agreed & the rest is history! We brought them home & the first 2 weeks they stayed in the house with us, but it became quite a chore keeping them barricadad in the kitchen. So I got a 'pop up' kennel & keep them in that in the house, but it was just becoming to much! So I prayed & put them outside & they love it! We still put them in the kennel at night, but during the day they play outside. I have to say it is nice to have my house back to normal.

Concerts...

We, the youth leaders, took our youth to the Winter Jam Concert! We got to see Mercy Me, Mandisa, Barlowgirl, Skillet, & Newsong. It was fun, but would of been a lot more fun if we had been a bit closer...we were in the very top of the autitorium. We might of been able to find better seats, but we had 11 youth along with 4 youth leaders! It was good, but I didn't get very good pix of course b/c of where we were sitting!

Then the very next weekend we went to Albany, TX to see the Newsboys!!! It was suppose to be Jax's suprise, but it was the most fun I have every had at a concert! The first band was 'Article One' & they were really good! They had an awesome Violin player, who was actually the main singers' brother. The next band was 'Newworldson' & they were like soul singers & sang about the holy spirit & played the harmonica! The third band was 'Rush of Fools' who sing 'Undo' & alot of good worship songs & of course 'Newsboys' came out last & did a wonderful performance! We were so close we could of touched them! I liked all the bands, but I have to say Newsboys was the neatest! They did the coolest things & it was awesome b/c it they worshiped God in it all! We are thinking about taking our youth to see them when they come to Wichita Falls! It was so good that I want to go again! Jax also got to take a pix with Article One, Rush of Fools, & Newsboys' main singer! We got to talk to each on of them & I think that was another reason I really enjoyed myself! Well, I am going to get off here for now! Love you all!

Well, it's almost 7 pm & I can't believe this weekend is already over! It seems like it just zooms by!
We had a pretty busy week ( as usual). On Wed we were suppose to have Jesse Duplantis come and minister at our church, but he couldn't make it because he had some plane problems! We still had a great service though. Pastor Paul taught on believers having Messiah's anointing and that we need to be aware of that! Then on Fri we had Mark Barclay come and minister. He was able to make it and it was a good message.
Well, I better get off here! Hope everyone is doing well!

* Cale & I celebrated our 2 year anniversary!
* Jaxon turned 5 years old!
* God blessed Cale got & he got a new position at work!

I'm sure most of you remember writing that on a note when you passed notes in school. Well, I had a friend that I've known since 4th grade! We had talked in the past off and on over the years and one days she said that she was coming to see me! I was so excited!!! We got to spend the whole day together! We had tons to say after 12 years of not seeing each other! She is such a blessing from God and I'm so glad that "Friends are friends forever, when the Lords the Lord of Them!" That is so true! ~Spring Break~

We went to see Cale's brother and family and had lots of fun!

When we got into town we went to our hotel! The hotel was really neat. It had a water park on the bottom floor for the kids to play in! The kids had lots of fun!! They didn't want to leave!

The next night we went to The Incredible Pizza Place with our son and he had fun...I think Cale had more fun than we did...he's a big kid! LOL!! Then we went to an aquarium and the fish were really neat! The kids liked the sharks the best! It had a tunnel that you can walk through and the sharks swim over you! Kind of freaky!!

The last day we were there we went to Safari Zoo and the animals were so neat! They have animals that you can feed and pet! They had really pretty tigers and bears and my favorite were the monkeys! The monkey was so funny! They had a PVC pipe that you could put animal crackers down and the monkey would catch them at the bottom. There was a sign by the pipe that said not to put your mouth on the other end of the pipe because it would make the monkey mad. Cale thought he'd be funny and he put his mouth by the pipe and said 'hello'. The monkey freaked out and grabbed the other end of the pipe and pushed it up so that it would hit the person on the end of it! Thank God that he protect people that don't listen!!!! Cale was able to let go of the other end before the monkey could hit him with it! It was very funny though!!

We went back to Cale's brother's house and got our stuff and had to head out!! We were tired the next few days! Well, I better go for now! Have a blessed week! Lots of Love!!

January has come and gone...

Well, a great deal has happened sine the last time I wrote! For starters, I had a great Birthday! My mom got me a beautiful bed set! It's palm tree! Who would of known! I had my party at my most favorite restaurant and all our family came and had a great time!

Christmas was great too! We had a 4 day Christmas with all of our family! We at a lot of yummy food and got lots of neat stuff! We even got Jesus a birthday cake so the kids could sing 'Happy Birthday' to Jesus! That was fun!

The end of December we had told Jax we were going to painted his room and one week while he was at his mom's house we painted his room green and put up really neat wall stickers of the movie 'Cars' on it and got him a 'Cars' bed set! When he came home we said...'go to your room and play' he walked in (we were watching from behind) and he said...'Hey, I like it!' He was so excited!

On Jan. 17 I finally got my wisdom teeth out! I had 2 cut and 2 pulled! I told Cale to have them knock me out! He said, 'Of course' LOL! He's so funny! Anyways it went good! Of course it hurt, and I did some funny things, but over all it turned out ok! Next year I can get braces! I'm excited! Well, I better go for now! Love you all!!

Shopping, Shopping!!!

I am having a great day! First off, the lady's at work got me a cake and a $50 gift card to Goody's for my b-day! How exciting! I can't wait to use it!! I also get to go shopping with my mom this week sometime and get some b-day stuff!! My mom took me for my b-day to get my hair cut and I really like it! I was planning to grow it out, but you know how that goes....I was there with mom getting her's cut so I had to also!! Also, today is like Friday for me!!! We are off the rest of the week because the Doctor I work for loves going hunting so the rest of the week we are closed! I'll hopefully get most, if not all, of my Christmas shopping done this week!!! I don't have very many more to go! I hope to also get my son's room clean this week...it's a mess! I am going through his clothes that don't fit anymore and toys that he doesn't even know exist and we are going to show him what Christmas is really about...giving! He thinks it's a good idea. We also explained to him that you reap what you sow...and I think the 'reaping' part is what he likes best...but he's only 4 yrs, so I guess if I was 4 yrs I would think like that too! LOL! Well, my lunch is over so I better get going! Love you all!!!

"It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!"
I know...it's a long title, but it snowed here!!!! I love the snow! I don't, however, like the slick roads!!! My wonderful husband drove me to work yesterday, but I had to drive myself today! It was a little slick, but my mom told me what to do if my car started sliding, and I didn't have any problems! Praise the Lord! I hope it snows on my b-day! That would be really exciting!

We had a great Thanksgiving! We had all my family come to my house and had a house full!!! Then on Friday morning we went to Cale's brother's house and took our son and little sister. Cale's brother's kids are about the same age and they had a blast!!! We went to The Incredible Pizza Place and they had more fun! They of course didn't want to leave, but we had to drive a few hours home. We'll get to see them at Christmas time! Well, I better go for now! Remember...Jesus is the Reason for the Season!

~HELLO~
I know it's been a long time since I've wrote, but I started a new job on Sept 11 and have been busy! I now work in a Doctor's office and I love it! I am no longer a temp and I'm so glad! There is only 5 of us including the Doctor and I like working in small places...it's much more fun!

I can't wait until I can send out our Christmas letters! I've been writing down every cute thing Jax and Nicole have been doing and it's going to be fun to read! Well, I don't have much more time to write and just thought I'd give everyone an update!

Cuddles...
is the name of our new addition to the family! A lady at work had found a kitten in her garbage can and she's never home to take care of him so she asked around for a home for the kitten. My hunnie and I talked and agreed to keep him. He is sooooo tiny! We're having to bottle feed him and he's finally figured out how to eat from it. We've had him almost 2 weeks and he just started to use the litter box and I'm glad I don't have to 'help' him anymore! I think he's going to be an inside cat which will be fun! Next is a puppy....I want a miniature Yorkie. I wanted a Tea Cup, but since we've had this kitten and he's so tiny I just don't think I want one that small...who knows though! Well, I'll go for now! Four More Days!!!
I have 4 more days until I start my new job! I'm excited. I can't wait to not be a temp anymore! I don't really mind being a temp if I was busy ALL the time! I'm so bored today... I'm also hungry! We are having a 'food' day on Thursday here and I looked up some recipes to get some ideas on what to bring and that made me hungry and I 30 mins before I take my lunch...ugh! Tomorrow I get to go to lunch with the ladies I used to work with and then on Friday my co-workers here are taking me out also! Yum! 3 days of yummy food...I feel special!!! I can't wait! Well, I hope to get a computer soon so I can continue to write on here, because I don't think I'll have time at my new job... Love ya'll!

I just want to let you all know that MY DAD is awesome! He's so good to me. Like today...I got out of bed with air in my lungs, with eyes to see, ears to hear, and a heart pumping strong! I am healthy, happy, and have a job that I enjoy! And to top it all off I got 2nd row parking (I usually have to park at the very end of the parking lot) and got here on time! I'm so happy to be a child of the Most High God! He's awesome and I don't give him the glory enough! Love you all!!

The Whole Family??!!
The last blog I wrote I talked about the mice we had in our house. Since that blog the whole mouse 'family' has been caught! 5 in all! I do hope that is all of them! We are also working on our spare 'fixer upper' master bed room! My hunny found 3 black widow spiders in there and then an egg sack! He (being as cool as he is...) puts the egg sack in a jar and wants to keep them and see how many 'babies' there are!! If that's not bad enough, guess who gave him this 'brilliant' idea! You'll never guess....our Pastor!! Needless to say I had a little 'chat' with our Pastor and told him next time I'm sending MY 'brilliant' husband to his house!!! LOL! He (Pastor) just laughed!

Nothing much has been going on. I am looking into another job...not the company where I'm at now, but a Doctor's office! I know the people and think it would be good for me...not only that, but it will be permanent and not temporary like I've been doing for months now! I'm going to meet the people I'd be working with today and I'll keep you posted on my decision! I better get back to work! Much love!

Rabbit or Mouse??
Ok, I know that's a strange name for a post, but hear me out! We live in the country and so we have field mice. A few however think that the field isn't a good enough home so, you guessed it, they come to my house! When I was a child I used to not like it when my mom would set traps and kill them...however now I COMPLETELY understand why she did! I remember one day I was babysitting and the little boy had decided to throw away his clothes. When I found out what he was doing, I started pulling them out of the trash to find a mouse on a sticky pad still alive...so being the 'but there so cute' girl that I once was I took it home to mom so she could cut him out of the 'sticky stuff' so I could set him free!!! I know what you're thinking..."You're crazy" but remember I was like 12 and thought they were cute little furry animals! Anyways, now that I'm all grown up I don't like them! I tell them to either choose life or death...and they usually can't resist the piece of bacon, so you know the rest! Well, the reason I titled this blog the way I did is because we had this one mouse that would hop across the floor every night and I told Cale the mouse had to be half rabbit! Well, we decided that 'hopper' and his friends had to go! Cale got some sticky traps (I didn't like the idea, but he insisted..I'd rather get traps) and we caught 2 so far...I hope that was all! I hate to have to kill them, but they shouldn't be in my house!!! Anyways that's about the only exciting thing (if you call that exciting) that's happened! I did get my nails done and they look fabulous! Well, I guess I'll go for now!

New JOB!!
Hello! I know it's been a while since I wrote, but I have a good reason...I'm doing another job. I really like what I was doing, but in my previous post I mentioned that I am a Temp and my time was up there. I am now doing something different at the same company. It is very different, b/c I have to ask what I need to do. At the other place I knew what I needed to and my days were very busy, but here I have to wait until someone has something for me to do. It's been pretty busy here today b/c I am filling in for the lady at the front desk, but this week as been LONG!! I think it was long b/c I really didn't have a weekend. I had to work last Sat. which made this week drag on! I still have 1 more hour here and I'm pooped!! I hope I get to go swim tomorrow...so I can relax!! Well, that's just about all for now!

Being the teacher...
I have a few minutes before I leave for the weekend to write! In a previous blog I wrote about me being a temp! Well, my time is up...kind of...I am training a lady for my position. It is kind of sad because I really like my job. She is really nice and easy to teach! It's a little different me teacher her, especially since she could be my mom...but she said that I'm a good teacher and they should just hire me to do what I'm doing and then let her do the other things that they need her to do! I AGREE! My boss is trying to figure out a way to keep me, but she said it's up to her boss! I believe it's up to my BOSS (GOD)! He will make a way for me to either have this job or He will find me something else that is even better!!! Well, it's time to go! Yeah, it's the weekend (for me anywayz)! We will have Jax tonight til Sunday! Nicole is taking swimming lessons so we don't get to see her this week! Love you all!!

Baptizing or Drowning??
Well as most of you know when you ask Jesus into your heart you are suppose to get baptized. Wednesday night at our church 2 people got baptized! Praise the Lord!! Well my baby sister, Nicole, (she's 4 yrs. old) was there and was watching with a serious look on her face! She looked up at me and asked, "What are they doing?" I said, "When you ask Jesus in your heart then you get baptized." I couldn't go into detail because it was the middle of church. She looked up again and said,"Is there water in there?" I said yes and thought no more about it. After that I noticed that she acted very strange. Well, she lives with our Mema and she told me today that Nicole thinks Pastor was drowning them!!! Poor girl...if you look it from a 4 year old's perspective then that's what it looks like! We have church tonight and I'll have her this week, so tonight we are going to talk to Pastor and have him explain it to her!!! Well, I better get to lunch!

Father's Day...
Hello again! I am about to leave work, but I will give you a quick run down about Father's Day! My honnie has to work on the weekends now so I didn't really get to spend the day with him. He told me not to do anything for him, but I made him one of his favorite dinners and I figured we could get a movie of HIS choice and watch it after dinner! So we decided to go to town and get a movie from our local Hastings! On the way we passed the movie theater and he freaked out! 'Over the Hedge' was playing and he just had to see it!!! I said..."Shouldn't we wait for the kids?" He said, "We can bring them later"...with an excited look on his face! So of course I agreed and we went to see it! Needless to say after paying for the movie, drinks, and popcorn, it was like a $20.00 movie!!!! Not that I'm to much into prices, but for Mother's day he completely bombed!!!! He waited until the last min and then got me a candle! I wont go into detail, but I will say that the year before when he forgot was better than this year!!! Ok, enough about that! He did really good yesterday! Out of the blue he sent me a HUGE bouquet of flowers!!! My co-worker thinks it's becasue I took him to the movie!!! LOL! I told him it was because my husband is a sweetheart! So he made up for Mother's Day! Well, it's 5 p.m. so I better get home and get ready for church! My honnie is singing tonight too! ;-0 (him singing)

Two became One...
Well, this last weekend my husband's sister got married and it was so much fun! The wedding was very beautiful and the reception was lots of fun too! Everyone danced and had a great time! I wish you two the best!!! Love you guys!

Busy, Busy, Busy...
The last post I wrote was last month!!! I wish I had more time to write! Anyways, I am at work and I have a few minutes before I leave! Since I am a Temp, I have to keep looking for a job and in about 10 minutes I am leaving to go take a test for a new job! I was told it would probably take an hour and a half, but when I called today she said that she didn't that would be enough time!!! I am going and I pray that it will be! My Mema's b-day is today and I have to go to her party at 5:30! Anyways, prayfully next time I write I will have that new job and can tell you all about it! I better get going!

I Gotta JOB!
It's been forever since I've wote but I have a good reason...I got a job!!! I gotta GREAT job, but it is temporary! The good news is I have plenty of time to look for a full time job here! My boss is Super nice and told me I could look and apply online and if I get an interview they will work around it! It's definatly a God thing and I'm so blessed to be here! I really enjoy it and I wish I could just stay here, but God has a better one somewhere for me! Well, Cale is waiting on me so I better get off here for now! I love you all and I'll try to write more often...if Cale would get me a computer I would! LOL!

New Job?
As most of you know I have worked at the same job for about a year and a half. I was working full time when I started here but for a while because we didn't have much business I have only worked 4 hours 4 days a week! You do the Math! So some stuff happened and so I put in my two weeks notice and now I am looking for a new job! I have an interview on Thursday and I have another job that is lined up for me too! I stepped out and God provided like ALWAYS! I prefer one over the other, but I want what God wants because he knows best! I know God knows what he's doing and he'll do what is best for me!
Enough about that....It's almost my anniversary! HOORAY! I can't wait! We are going to have so much fun! It is much needed too, because we haven't been able to see much of each other because Cale has had to work nights for 2 weeks! Wednesday our band is performing on the 19th! Then that weekend we are going to a women's conference and that will be fun too! If that's not enough then we are going to see family that we don't see very often for a birthday party the next weekend! So this month is very busy! I like it when I have things to look forward to!
Like I said earlier, God had a plan for me and everyone before we were even born! He has a plan and a purpose for each and everyone of us! I don't know everything God has for me, but I believe I hear his voice and I am going in the right direction. He does exceedingly and abundantly above all that we ask or think! That's my DAD! Is he yours?

Yeah it's FRIDAY!
Hello everyone! Well I told you that my youth pastor from when I was in youth was coming to teach, and she did! She brought her family too! It was so good! She taught on value and that is what God has been telling us for a while! She also brought the youth band from her church! It was really neat! They did an awesome job! And her kids....WOW they have gotten so big! I used to watch them about 6 years ago and my have they grown since then! I hadn't seen them since they left and it was exciting to see them all!
Cale has been working nights and tonight and this weekend he is off! I can't wait to spend time together! It's been a long week! I'm also looking forward to our anniversary! It's going to be lots of fun! It's not to much longer! Well that's all for now! I love you all!
